What would you recommend?

This is a friend of mines car, she said it was hit by another car or something. I don't really know haha

Do you guys think I can get rid of this?

 

I did something similar on a Nissan rogue, she hit a shopping cart and I clayed it and took some all purpose cleaner to it and with a lot of rubbing it did come off.

Ouch, get a new bumper

 

try claying, then hit it with SSHR, then SHR then FMP followed by Revive using the 4" pads on a dill for all of them except FMP, move the 4" pad over to the PC.

Look like paint transfer...That will come out no problem with a flex. I recently did something similar to this

Is the paint missing?
