Green Machine Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Do you have to strip off old wax etc. to correct paint??? I know the answer but can you buff off old wax in the process???? I guess what I am askingif wax actually protects that well. If it can stop a flex then that's some serious wax!
Chobbs Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 It will clog your pads making them less effective and extending your polishing time. It is best to strip off old waxes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Green Machine Posted August 17, 2012 Author Posted August 17, 2012 Thanks Craig,I knew the answer as yes but wanted to know the why!
THE Mook Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 If you don't remove old wax and sealant prior to polishing, that stuff will only clog your pad. Rendering your polishing experience less than effective and joyous.
Team Adam's Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Well only so long as you limit it to topless and its only so you can pay your way thru medical school.... OH... wait... not that kind of stripping? Nevermind.
