  1. I have the exact same problem! and have tried the "fix". it has not worked for me. I ended up buying a Home depot sprayer to rectify the issue. I know the quality of the home depot sprayer is not good, but while it works it is much easier for me to wash with than the firehose nozzle. this is the only product that I have had an issue with. everything else that I have purchased from Adams has been spot on!
  2. sorry to say, but, I am not a fan (at all) of the firehose nozzle. I've had one for a few months now and I do not like it. the adjustable stream adjusts itself (keeps going from a spray to a stream on it's own). it is difficult to make adjustments (it requires two hands to adjust, probably because the adams hose connection has a swivel on it too) and the least bothersome thing is the shape, it is much easier to hold onto a handled sprayer rather than the nozzle. I love most of adams products but this one is a huge "missed the mark" for me.
  3. thanks for the tips but since I have the de-ionizer and the master blaster, i no longer need to put a drying towel to my paint. spot free car wash every time! but the tips you mentioned are the steps I used to have to go through before i got the master-blaster. so it is still good info!
  4. I bought one a few months back! love it! in conjunction with the CR spotless water de-ionizer, i rarely have to touch the car with a towel anymore!
  5. Oh. Blow dryin the car is a good way to go:)
  6. Guys! (N gals) I just purchased the AF Master Blaster! That thing rocks!! It cut my drying time way way WAY down and I never touched the finish with a drying towel. I also got the 75ft hose kit with all the bells and whistles. Don't think I will ever have to buy another hose. Along with the CR spotless water de-ionizer (which I had bought a while ago), these things really make washing the car here in Vegas a snap! Thanks to adams, my almost three year old Camaro looks great!! I just had to post how happy I am with my new toys!!!
  7. Washed my Camaro and dried it with my new AF Master Blaster!! Holy moly! That is one heck of a blower! Sooooo glad I finally pulled the trigger and dropped the dough for that!
  8. I noticed that when you finished with the wash and right before you rinsed you gave the truck another shot with the foam gun. why? is that just to get the dry soap wet again???
  9. I have the CR-spotless kit. It works. I've had it for couple of years now. I will not clean my car without it.
  10. That's what I have been saying! It's expensive but gol-durn-it! IT WORKS!
  11. Glad y'all found the CR spotless system. It has been a few years since I bought mine and I am still using it to rinse my car! I love this thing!! I am getting ready to buy the AF master blaster this week. Used in conjunction with the cr spotless water system should make summer washing a snap!
  12. I refuse to use the foaming sprayer because of this very complaint. The regular sprayer is good enough for me.
  13. Did a full blown detail on "blue steel"(my camaro) SHR FMP Americana Strip Washed and Clayed yesterday.
