:help:Hello everyone, hope all is well! I have a question and I apologize if its been answered before, I tried searching but so far Ive just read posts about restoration, Im curious to know what do you guys use to protect the factory clear coat on headlight cover lens. Ive read that most modern car use plastics that last a bit longer as far as resisiting becoming faded/yellow/fogged etc. So do you use qs? Americana? Nothing at all. Any tips would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone!

Whatever you are putting on the paint - wax or sealant, just keep them protected. And you may need to apply the protection more often on the lights.

Yep... whatever your chosen LSP for paint... use it on your headlights and taillights.

Yep. Quick Sealant is good for headlights. It may not do too much for protection against UV but it helps when it comes to cleaning off the bugs. You should probably use QS plus a wax.

AQS works great on headlights!! You'll find as the chains in the polymers link (I made that up) that there will be a TON of static discharge though. NORMAL!

Could you use quick sealant on headlights?

I wet sanded these headlights a couple days ago, and followed up with 4" Focus pads Green-SSR, Orange- SHR, White-FMP. Then I followed up with QS!
