SRT8Girl12
Ok, so I finally had a full free weekend to do my paint correction. This was hard and it wore me the heck out. I see why people upgrade to the Flex. The paint isn't perfect, but I got it about 80% there. I am also officially obsessed with the Brilliant Glaze smell. And yes, the Brilliant Glaze and Americana combo makes the paint look unbelievable. I did: Clay Bar Severe Swirl Remover (3 Passes) Swirl & Haze Remover (2 Passes) Fine Machine Polish Brilliant Glaze Americana Wax I also just got the quick disconnects from Adam's for my hose, and holy crap, these made everything so easy when washing! And In & Out is great too! These pictures were just real quick with my iPhone as I was so exhausted after I did this whole process I could barely move. Will take some more soon. YUCK.... What I started with.... In & Out Comparison....Love it! The result. And yes I hid my face for a reason, I was in my detailing clothes and hat! MichiganSRT8
looks great tamara lucky you got the brilliant black, might get away with it being dirty for a little longer than my black clearcoat! Do you have 50% on the windshield?
SRT8Girl12
Thanks for all the compliments everyone! looks great tamara lucky you got the brilliant black, might get away with it being dirty for a little longer than my black clearcoat! Do you have 50% on the windshield? You know, it's funny you ask that, I always think the same thing every time I take pictures of it, but I don't. Or I'm completely crazy and I do and don't notice. I bought it like this with the tint already installed. And I used to have the Jet Black on my first Jeep, and ya, that was a hard one to keep clean. I love Brilliant Black. It's amazing. Tint looks nice and dark/uniform, wish I would get away with that here, even though ill be doing 50% on my windshield this summer haha. I remember your first one, glad after the fiasco with the red one that you ended back with black. Wild thing is when I bought mine way back I thought it was gonna get here and be brilliant black and when I picked it up from the loader at midnight by my house it was not haha and I was pissed at first but now I have come to love it. Your jeeps looking sick Tamara, you ever get bothered bout your taillights too?

Your jeeps looking sick Tamara, you ever get bothered bout your taillights too? Thanks Josh! That was such a roller coaster with my Red one. I actually loved my Jet Black the most, but I can't complain about the Brilliant Black. And you know, I don't get bothered about any of it. I always think I will because I work in a really bad city, and they look for ANYTHING to pull people over, but I guess when they see a little blonde chick driving, they don't care, lol. Nice work, I am thinking I will have to do my brothers black Jeep after I get going on my own truck. By the way, sometime detailing clothes can look hot! eric@thompsonracing.us
Nice work! Those Jeeps tend to have a negative air pocket behind the tailgate and the exhaust hangs up. The back glass and tailgate is typically covered in deposits. It'll eat claybars for lunch!

And yes, these Jeeps eat clay bars like nothing. The back is REALLY bad.
