What is your solution or recommendation for the clear stickers they put around the fenders? I know it is probably to protect and help prevent rock chips but i think they look horrible and i want to remove them all together. Let me know your guys thoughts and what you do/have done. thanks.

Warm and remove! They're much like a clear bra. A hair dryer should suffice.

 

Use 3M adhesive remover or the like, polish and apply the Adams wax or sealant of choice and BAM! Done!

 

 

What's funny is I had these added to my G8 to save the paint... lol I'll probably remove once it becomes a garage queen, but for a DD, they ROCK!

They're there to prevent chips thrown from the front wheels. Proper cleaning will keep them less noticeable. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean the dirt from the edge. Do not scrub towards the edge, only parallel or away from the edge to prevent it from lifting.

I kept mine on for now... especially with the 33" all terrains on there... everytime I turn I can here 'ping ping ping' from small stones getting kicked up by the tires. Worth dealing with a VERY slightly visible film there to prevent rock chips IMO

heat gun, peel off. Easy.

 

To clean residue, 3m adhesive remover or goo gone. Also easy.

Thanks for the replys! I will use the tooth brush idea to see if that will make them less noticeable. I will eventually take them off but I'll hold off for now just cause of the added protection

Agree with the cleaning. Glad dodge put some actually plastic pieces there
