thealien Posted April 6, 2013 Share Posted April 6, 2013 Finally had a chance to wash the Jimmy to start spring cleaning. So far just washed and SRVT the tires, top, and most of the rubber trim. thealien Posted April 6, 2013 Author Share Posted April 6, 2013 About 4-5 years, Body was always pretty solid, needed inner/outer rockers. Removed all the trim and the outside tire carrier. Welded all the holes and painted the original Ochre color (not my first choice). Driveline was tired and got 8-10 MPG so I installed a 2005 5.3 and a 4L60e to my factory NP205 and now have the best of both worlds. Old style looks, new style dependabilty!
