Did you place an order on 5/24?

Just a heads up on a potential issue thats been brought to our attention. 

 

Between approximately 10am and 2pm MST on 5/24 the FedEx shipping network crashed, and as a result our system which pulls real time shipping rates was unable to complete or ship orders. 

 

When the system came back online we did our best to find all the impacted orders and ship them out, however it seems a small amount of them may have been hung up in the system even after the repair was made to the FedEx network. 

 

As a result we've been finding orders mixed in from the 24th that were captured, but never forwarded to the shipping system. We believe we may have located all of them now after some very manual work, but if for any reason you placed an order on 5/25 and have not gotten a tracking update please email us:

We will do our best to get your order shipped out today and expedite as necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience.

No worries. We just wanted to take a pro-active approach to reporting the problem in case we missed anyone. 

 

We didn't even become aware that there were 'lost orders' until yesterday when one person called and we spotted the pattern.
