Hello !

This past week i picked up a bunch of Adams products with the flex machine! I couldnt wait to make my truck shine. There was a truck show at Bandimere and it was nice to hear nice comments about my truck:

" Thats an 07', it looks brand new!"

"Is that you DD or a garage queen?"  ( its my DD)

"Is that a fresh paint job, the black paint looks amazing"

Thanks to all the Adams crew for answering some questions that i had. Special thanks to Mook . Back in January he showed me how to use the Flex and now that I finally bought one he refreshed my memory on how to polish. I like that Im so close to the Adams Warehouse too. Enough writing onto the pictures:

Pretty sure that's not an V6 eco-boost unless they changed out the wheels and lights.

The V6 EB is a Sport version and has darkened lights and black and silver wheels.  Unless it was the 4 cylinder EB and then it's not much of a race seeing they only have 240BHP or so...

We have three of the Sports in our fleet.  MAN are they quick...

The driver said it was an ecoboost but maybe it was a lie. I def thought it would have been a closer race. Who knows.

It WAS an eco-boost I'm sure.  They have SEVERAL Eco-Boost engines though.  From 3 cylinders to 6.  This one was probably the 4 cylinder like they use in the Fusion, Focus ST, Escape and Edge.

Well I went to the track last week and saw a 6 Cylinder explorer EB. I still beat him. his best 15.5 my best 14.5. They are quick though for being stock.  :2thumbs:

One of the guys with Lund got his Explorer SS (what you mentioned in your post) down to the 13's just through tuning.

I have a 14' Sport that is Lund tuned, it is DEFINATLY faster than my SS was stock.  I haven't had it on the rollers since the tune, but bone stock on 87 octane it made 300awhp/300awtq.  Once you get into mild bolt ons with the SS though, its a whole different ball game.  None the less, I think the Ecoboost platform is going to become very competitive over the next few years.
