Wash Pad Cleaning!?!

Today for the first time i used the 9x9 wash pad and it collected quiet a bit of debris and i was rinsing it out forever but still had left over debris very small but still can scratch paint i assume.

how do you guys wash your wash pads?  and it was linting or "shedding" quiet a bit?

is the shedding only because its a first time thing or will it keep happening?

I've always just spot treated with APC and rinsed them really well. Out of the four I've used I haven't had issues with shedding except when I brush them out.

i must have got a shedder lol i do like the use tho, covers a lot of area. i will prolly step up to the jumbo size soon if i resolve this shedding problem

I recently.made the switch. It soaks up enough suds to wash half a car.

Rinse thoroughly over a grit guard. Then dry and comb out with a pet hair brush.

okay thanks guys, and do you dilute the all purpose cleaner first?

I personally don't for spot treatments.

alright.  I just ordered a bottle of apc.  i honestly dont see what its all used for?

i know for tires and fenders but what else on a car?

Strip washing, cleaning pads and applicators, spot treatment for MF and wash pads, cleaning trim, cleaning the engine bay, anywhere you might need a degreaser, the list goes on and on.

use it once in your bathroom, and never again will you buy off the shelf products like Mr. Clean or VIM.  The stuff is amazing.
