scott750
Does Deep Wheel Cleaner strip away quick sealant or liquid paint sealant? I sealed my wheels with quick sealant and wondering if I should no longer use DWC to clean my wheels unless I reapply quick sealant afterwards. 0 GerryC
How bad is your brake dust? A cleaner like DWC isn't meant to be an every-wash cleaner. Most people use it only a few times a year for heavy decon, and use soap and water for maintenance cleaning. Chris@Adams and Ricky Bobby
0 scott750
Wheels aren't too bad in between washes. It seems to get all the nooks and crannies better than washing with a mit. I bought a gallon of it too so didn't want it to go to waste. My wheels still feel smooth after using DWC so wasn't sure if it stripping the quick sealant or not. 0 Baron_Von_Awesome
If it's pH neutral, which DWC is, the sealant won't get stripped.

0 Ricky Bobby
Even so I only use DWC prob every 3 months, Car shampoo and brushes/woolies in between, a coat of Quick Sealant or equivalent wheel sealant after using DWC. If the wheels are sealed they are much easier to clean. I'm going to have to buy a gallon of it because I get about 3 cars max out of one bottle scootertrash19
