98QueS-10s
I decided to work on my mother in laws 09 Honda Pilot. I stared we a basic wash then used a clay mit to prepare the surface for paint correction. I used the 2 stage pc products and a flex. Here are my results. I got to the back before my light arrived but here is what I was working with Here is what it looks like after. Th lines you see are the drop cord reflection. 98QueS-10s
Here is the direct link to the video showing the paint before and after on the doors. There were some deep scratches on the car that will require more extensive repair work, but hey it's a daily so... http://s115.photobucket.com/user/joshpalmer881/media/9850B67A-6E62-4922-BCEF-5799643729F0.mp4.html Edited October 18, 2015 by 98QueS-10s
Guest washemup
Nice work! I like polishing Honda's since they have softer paint. So much easier to correct! 98QueS-10s

Guest washemup
I'm trying to convince her to let me block it and flatten out all the orange peel I wouldn't do this on a daily driver, as defects are going to happen over time, also factory paint is very thin, most Honda's I've measured have around 110-120 microns. Sometimes the orange peel can also be in the base coat too and you can't get it all out by leveling the clear. 98QueS-10s
