Starting out

FightTheFuture

Question

I run my own small mobile business and want to dip into some small paint correction and coating , I have learned in the past on a rotary from my grandfather but definitely do not want to go that route, need advice on if I should start out with something like a PC 7424 or save up some and just buy a Rupes mark 2? Thoughts? advice?

I love my Adams Swirl Killer, it does a great job. For it's weight and has very little vibration so it doesn't wear my arms out. I'm still new to paint correcting that's just my opinion.

I too vote for the Swirl Killer, comfortable to use and it will get the job done.

I like my harbor freight tools DA polisher. Is it cheap? Yep, 49.99. Is it high quality? Eh, for harbor freight its decent. but poor compared to others. Does it meet my daily business needs of polishing multiple cars per day? You sure betcha it does. Might not be the nicest polisher in the world, but it keeps my overhead down until i can afford to upgrade.

I tried that as my first DA polisher, only worked for 2 hrs.
