Ekim716
Had to get a patch in a tire recently and there is tire mounting lubricant is around the wheel face. Would all purpose cleaner be the way to go, or just wheel cleaner. My wheels are a darker finish so the less "scrubbing" the better. Thanks Edited April 28, 2022 by Ekim716
0 QuickSilver20
I would start off with car shampoo during a wash and see if that gets it off. If not wheel cleaner will be your best bet. But I would just make sure that the wheel is dry and spray it down before applying wheel cleaner. Not specific to Adams but I’ve heard horror stories of wheel cleaners leaving marks on wheels when applied to a hot dry wheel or when it is left on too long.
