PC and pads purchase only?

CWBowen

Question

Is it possible to just purchase just the 7424xp and pads with backing plate and maybe the small pads as well? I already have the other products that are included in the machine polishing kit that I just got with the 290.00 detail kit so I don't want to have duplicates of those products. I would need the FMP and Machine wax too. Is the machine wax needed if I already have the buttery wax and the americana?

Thanks

Adam's does not carry the PC, it can be bought through tools plus. The pads can be ordered here-

The small pads can also be ordered seperatly.

As for the wax, its really your call. Ask your self this: what kind of conditions does the car(s) see? Will they be outside 24/7? How long do you want the wax to last? MSW is a sealant and will last many months and is my new wax of choice for daily drivers. I also like to add a coat or two of Americana on top of the MSW.

sorry to bring back a slightly older thread but I also have a question about orderng separates. I have everything I need right now but I've noticed that the only way to get the yellow (aggresive) pad is to buy it in the big kit. It's not available in the pad set (which is what I bought last year) or as a separate. is there a reason for this and can Adam's add it onto the site as a separate pad?

This is what I'm talking about. Note the ellow pad is in this kit.

It's actually also included if you buy the 4" spot kit.

but not in the larger GenII kit.

Chris,

As I write this message it is snowing for the first time this season. We just had a incredible past 2 weeks with temps in the 40's to low 60's. I guess it had to end sometime. Not looking forward to this winter. Other had that things are going O.K. Just picked up a 2010 Traverse LTZ had to trade in the Impala SS as the lease was done. Now it's on to the hectic Holiday Season. Hope you and the family have a joyous Holiday Season and see you next year at Carlisle.:hi:
