DP 08 GXP Posted February 25, 2010 Share Posted February 25, 2010 well if some of you remember i got a job at Walmart about a month ago. we have been going through our classes to train to become assistant managers and this week we are on the topic of customer service. as soon as the facilitator said customer service the first thing that came to my mind was Adam's. i went on to tell them about an order that i had that was air shipped upgraded and got a few freebies all for free. also included how they are with phone calls, emails, and other general aspects of customer service. everyone in the room was blown away at the way the company is ran and how awesome their customer service is. i had a big smile on my face after telling a my story about such a great company. i may have even made some into Adam's future customers lol. just thought i would share with everyone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
