I wring them out as best I can, then set them on a towel to dry. By the time I check on them the next day, they're dry as can be. Did you wring them out after washing? Sounds like there must have been quite a bit of water left in them if they're still wet.

If you don't want to try spinning them on 1 on your PC, you could get an old towel, fold it in half, put a wet pad on one half, fold over the other half and press down on the pad to blot the water out of the pad. Then air dry it, maybe even in the sun, on edge, so both sides can evaporate.

I need mine for tonight so I did as above and then my wife set them out side on a paper towel face down to dry. The paper towel is so nothing on the table gets on them as well as dust settling.
