Chewy
A mix of Adams shampoo and water... An 80/20 mix. Water/soap should suffice. Chris
Chris@Adams
Or you use WCW in a pinch, it might take more rubbing and more pressure though.Because the WCW is so slick.
Marylander
Hi Niel - Welcome to Adam's. You'll find there's lots of good, fast advice to be found here -- I'm sure you'll enjoy the site. Any of the above DS substitute solutions should work well for you. Rich
GTO Guy
soap and water. it is what i used before i knew about DS!
The Ryan
As with everyone else.. I actually used it today 7:1 - water:shampoo. Adam's shampoo has great lubricity. If you use too much soap you won't get all the contamination off the paint because the soap is so dang slick! Easy way to do it, 2oz of soap in the bottom of the 16oz bottle, fill with water - perfect 7:1 ratio. Anything more than 6:1 ratio will be way to slick for a clay lube.
