Glass scraping issue

I have a couple of vehicles that have sand scrap marks on the side windows. The sand gets trapped as the window slides down the window track. I have a Proctor cable 7424, but need to know what other things I need to use to hide or correct te scraches. Which products can I use to buff out of hide the scratches??

Unfortunately theres nothing you can do for polishing glass with the porter cable to remove scratches. It takes a VERY aggressive approach to cut glass, neither the PC or any products for regular polishing on the market are capable of cutting like that.

You could try the spot pads on a drill but glass is uber hard to cut.

Thanks for the information. I sort of though that I was not able to clear this situation. I just do not want to buy another set of side windows.
