Do a save search on eBay and they will email you if one is listed.
Good idea, never actually used ebay.. Never even thought of it for a car lol

Awesome, thanks all!
Yeah I totally want something to hang up in the garage

Looking for a project vehicle to tinker with, probably rebuild/restore.
Ideally a 1960-66 Chevy truck. Had a '66 GMC as a kid and offed it like an idiot... :/
Other than scouring craigslist daily, any other good places to keep an eye out?
Not looking to go deep into cash for initial purchase, like to stay around $3k.
Thanks!

So I am having too much fun already and am brand new to all this. Drove out to Larsen Racing today and bought the last Adam's Detail Cart I could find anywhere. He actually cracked the handle a bit when trying to disassemble it so he was kind on the price and discounted some other products for me. Super nice guy there!
So naturally I had to buy the detailing bag that they had as well! Stoked indeed.
I really need to get some stickers for my gear now
Is it the weekend yet...

I would be interested to see what your system would cost. How does it compare to the CR Spotless?
I am talking with my partner now actually, about seeing what we could build. I am just the web developer/friend who built the initial website and store to get started, I do not know much of the technical stuff
Wonder if Adam's would be interested in carrying a quality Spotless DI system that is made in USA?
-
Yes indeed.

Quoted for truth from the man himself thank you Adam! I should have clarified, my "decon then polish before LSP" comment was directed towards someone who ordered a vehicle new, took delivery etc, and probably only saw the horrible dealer washing system once or twice at most.
For Ryan, being that Estoril is a rarer color I get the feeling he might have ordered it, but I could be wrong. Regardless, if you picked up the car from normal dealer stock, please follow Adam's instructions and clay/correct it before polishing and sealing/waxing!
Indeed, I did have to order it. So she came over on the boat to LA port, had some performance parts installed, trucked up north to Concord, and I drove home a day later.
I did put my hand in the baggie and it felt very odd, almost porous.

Does this still exist? I swear I saw it once upon a time and I went to order it yesterday to hang in garag but cannot find anywhere.
Also, shirts? Swear I saw those too! Would be great to have a detail shirt to sport while cleaning

Indeed Ryan, if you like, I will be in So Cal for a few months... We plan to have an event soon in Anaheim as well, at West Coast Corvettes, very close to you!
I assume by your questions, you have yet to watch our videos? Those answer many of these questions, and while a photo tells a thousand words, a video tells a zillion!
Oh awesome, I would love to meet up down there! When about might this be?
I have watched videos yes, though I kinda watched them all back-to-back and am working through processing all the info. A lot to take in for someone who has never done this stuff before
Your videos are awesome btw, VERY helpful, I just may be a bit dense sometimes trying to assimilate all the data properly.

Ok, looks like I have got my weekend cut out for me lol
So long as my latest Adam's order gets here quickly
I have quick sealant, so will have to go with that this time, but I would like to do a full polish, sealant, glaze and wax at some point soon
-
The QS would be fine. It is kind of an aerosol version of LPS and protects for a loooong time. But Adam's waxes (Buttery and Americana are all I have used so far) and the LPS all come off very easily.
I am not sure what kind of presence Adam's still has in So Cal, but if there is someone local to you, you maybe able to give each LSP a try before buying...Ryan, paging "The Ryan"....
Thanks, is there a So Cal Adam's location? I could take a drive down there.. much closer than Colorado!
What is LSP?

Utter noob here.
Several products I see, but have no idea what to use, if I need it, or if their purposes overlap. Is there a primer read somewhere? Or could someone break it down?
My ride, daily driver is a 2013 BMW, with (beautiful) Estoril Blue paint.
I want to keep it safe and shiny.
I see products like paint correction, paint finishing, polishing, sealing and waxing... as well as glaze, butter wax, paste wax.
Confusion!
Do I need to, or should I even bother?
What does paint correction/finishing do?
Where does polishing come in?
Can wax and sealant be applied with the cyclo tool? If I bought one, could a noob damage anything?
I appreciate any tips and insight, thank you!
-
Interesting tips! Thanks, will give that a try
-
Yeah. Until your wife finds out. .
LOL.
Sadly, single, probably forever...
Though I probably wouldn't be able to buy stuff if not, so there's that

I sincerely apologize if this is the wrong location or inappropriate, so if so please delete and grant this newbie some latitude
I ordered a ton of stuff earlier this week, and just looked at my cart was about to hit submit on a ton more. Cleaning properly is fun, addicting and expensive!
I saw the promo code spot and was wondering if discount codes are ever given out?
Thank you.

What are the mats made of?
Carpet? Whatever comes with new BMW's. They are not all-weather or anything fancy.
-
Thank you, appreciate the help and clarification.
Can the quick sealant spray be used afterward, or need a full wax or sealant? I ask because the quick sealant seems easier to apply, whereas rubbing off wax would probably not be something I could physically do
-
So apparently a careless soul left some gum on the ground for me to step in. Now it resides near my accelerator pedal on the floor mat (at least). Did not actually notice it for a while and it has been ground in a bit...Any magic to remove? Or just buy new mats...?

So, I have watched the video and pretty much understand it, but have a couple questions.
1. It is done after car is washed correct, but do you need to do anything AFTER using the bar? Wax or sealant or anything?
2. Does it require a lot of strength to push and slide around? I ask because I have Muscular Dystrophy and upper body strength is severely limited Technically I should not be doing any of this, but I love my car and these products make it fun.
Thank you.

Perfect input all!
Adam, thank you for chiming in as well, not too many places you get the head honcho engaging, really speaks volumes for the company and culture you have cultivated. As well as why I am a (new) but proud member and loving your products.
Thanks all!

Sounds like a plan thanks!
Though, I do not see the compact travel bag in your store Google leads to a product not found page

Do you wash your microfiber towels after each use, or let them dry out and reuse a few times?
Do you use the revitalizer in washing machine?

LOL, thanks,
had actually been to a few of those, problem is most of them are already restored!
