okay so not trying to steal blcksilv08's thunder or anything but i made a video with my gopro and edited it quite nicely IMO. Here it is
im also going to be posting it in a couple other threads
-
Not to jump off topic, but going back I realized I forgot to do this. I haven't taken any video with it yet but my handle bar mount fits perfectly.
I just made an edit with my gopro!!!

Yes you can use Revive on your stripes, I also grab Revive to remove fresh bird bomb stains.....Great product!!
Can you layer it with a glaze and wax?
-
On today's daily special I saw the revive hand polish and was just wondering what everybody's opinion was. I know it's for paint but was thinking how it would work for the vinyl stripes on my car. I love the VRT it gets rid of them completely but it always leaves greasy streaks no matter what
-
If that's the case I wonder how much they're losing on each sale then cuz I think $100 for a foam gun like theirs is a steal
-
Turned out well! She looks good!
Thank you sir!

After work last night I came out to my car to see it caked in flower pedals, bug guts, and bird droppings so this morning I woke up early and gave the whipskey an Adam's wash with my new foam gun and my (pretty much) full arsenal lol
Started with Deep Wheel Cleaner and APC scrubbing the wheel face, barrel, caliper and rotor then switching brushes and scrubbing the tires really good. Rinsed and repeated until all 4 wheels cleaned.
Then I prepared my two buckets equipped with grit guards and suds up my wash bucket with two wash pads (and also a cheap sponge from Walmart to get all the heavy stuff to spare the wash pads)
Then got my hose and Adams badass nozzle ready and hosed the car down as best as I could followed by the AWESOME foam gun. I had a friend of mine come over and he loved the foam gun so much, I let him spray the car down a little and he said he'll more than likely buy one lol
After that just business as usual. Started with the Walmart sponge getting all the guts and pedals off but still going back to scrape it in the rinse bucket against the grit guard. We each took a wash pad and tackled the car he had the top half and I took the bottom half. I showed him how to properly use the wash pad and buckets to reduce the introduction to swirls and he respected that ????????
Then just a thorough rinse and the use of my next favorite Adams gadget, the Blaster Sidekick! Got mine in orange during the last sale (go Giants!). Again I let him have a go at it and it looked like he was having a good time with it lol
After that was just a basic wipe down with a Great White Towel and a Single Soft Towel with a light mist of Detail Spray.
Lastly my favorite part (insert sarcasm here), I decided to treat all the vinyl on the car with some Brillaint Glaze followed by a layer of Buttery Wax. Honesty it was my first time using Buttery Wax so I was kinda skeptical but I've heard it's okay to wax gloss vinyl. To my ashtonishment it worked really really well, excellent shine with easy on & off application and smelled good too lol.
Final touch was some Tire Shine which works superb, way better than any other tire shine I've ever used.
I love Adam's products more than anything! Anybody who asks me what I use or what I recommend I always say ADAMS!!!!! Even my neighbor came out and asked me if it was a special kind of shampoo for the foam gun lol. I'll post some pictures of the whole thing (I'm sorry If they're upside down or to the side my phone tends to do that here) my friend being the model in the pics having fun. I'll also post a picture of my total inventory of everything Adams, hopefully one day I'll get featured on their Instagram page! ????????????????????????

If you ordered red, you should get red. Not the biggest deal in the world, but still.
Doesn't bother me still works just fine. Gonna be using after this rain

I got one for my inlaw's house when I work on their vehicles. My Father in Law liked it so much he found him a good deal on 4 of them, so he bought 4 for the rest of his hoses. I picked up another one on my last order, thought was slightly disappointed its showed up black instead of read. But yes, I agree. GREAT nozzle.
Color doesn't mean much to me the red is nice but the black is too lol you must have some clean cars with that many foam guns haha
-
This spray nozzle is the bomb though! I love how it changes the fan depending on how tight your squeezing the trigger
-
You will still see some threads. Just screw it in hand tight. You'll know if it's screwed in too tight if the QC doesn't latch on.
I just tightened mine up by hand it's not going anywhere. Works great. I see you got a black nozzle - maybe the first run of the red nozzles were such a hit they had to do a run with black as a backup lol!
I hand tightened As much as I (thought) did and it ended up spraying all over me haha all in all worked well but didn't suds up as much as I thought it would. Although I think that might have to do with the poor water pressure throughout my whole house hahaha

I wanted to use my gopro to do the same thing a while back, just never got around to it. I think the bike handle mount should work on the foam gun barrel.
Working on it!
-
Tape hah only kidding. That's an interesting idea, I have several different mounts for my gopro and I also have an Adams foam gun. I'll have to play around and see if I can make something.
Let me know how it works out! I'm doing the same except I don't have the pole mount for now I have to stick with the suction cup
-
I don't think there's enough flat space on top of the canister for a suction cup. My first instinct would be to somehow strap it to the barrel. I own neither this particular foam gun nor a gopro so I'm just thinking out loud here.
BTW good username. GTA fan?
Yes sir! Someone finally noticed lol
-
Suction cups on top of the canister maybe?
I could try the bottom of the canister it's flat with enough space. I just got it in the mail today so I'll play around with jt

Just a little oddball question for you guys, does anybody happen to know the diameter of the foam guns barrel/tube/etc.? I haven't received mine yet but when i do i think it would be cool to mount my gopro and get some cool shots and/or videos lol
-
Wish i had a foam gun. They should do a daily special on one for like $60 and i would buy one.
I hear ya. Honestly with my luck they'll probably have it go on sale the day after I get it hahahaha
-
So stoked you guys are making me excited!!!!! Lol
-
Most recent paycheck I indulged in some new Adams stuff of course! My most recent couple orders consisted of a gallon of detail spray with a free 16oz plus some single soft towels but what I'm mostly excited for is my other order which is a wash bucket, three wash pads and the foam gun!!!! Should be here Friday I'll post pics
Also, not sure if I can get in trouble or anything but apparently I can't post in the classifieds section because I'm not at 50 posts yet but if anybody is interested in a trade, I've got a gallon of rinseless wash, gallon of H2O G&G and an open bottle of Super VRT (I'd say about 80% left)
-
Dad and I own a couple restaurants and a catering business ???????? no fun pictures lol I'll try and see if I can find any of the catering truck
-
Nice Austin! I really like BG too (just ordered 2 from the EBay store). BG has some solvents in it, so it works really well for cleaning vinyl strips like yours.
I don't use it much on my own cars, but I put it on the garage queens I take care, and the owners LOVE it!
What do you mostly apply it to if not vinyl?
Foam Gun action shot!
