    I’ve heard lots of people say wax and SIO2 don’t play well together. But I’ve personally never had a problem. I’d say go for it.

    It’s probably not the product but the way you applied it. I can apply by hand and it’s a pain. Apply by machine and it’s effortless. It just doesn’t spread good by hand IMO. That’s why when I use wax I use Americana or a liquid paste wax from another company.

    Americana Wax applies and removes wayyyy easier, no effort. If I do use wax, that’s what I use.

    I hate Buttery wax lol. Applying with a machine is best. That way it comes off effortless. There are other waxes out there that apply way easier and remove easier so. I just don’t use Buttery.

    Sounds like it was removed before it was cured properly as you have stated. They should at least send you a replacement bottle of coating.

    I’ve never had good luck with Adam’s Sealant. New or old formula. You’ll be hard pressed to find any sealant that will last through the winter. I’ve used a few coatings with great results and are proven to last. I’ve never used Adam’s coatings. But I would think they should do pretty good.

    Did a paint enhancement on this car over the weekend. I don’t think it had ever been detailed. Wash, iron decon, clay and then polished with an AIO type product and then topped off with another layer of sealant. Then dressed the tires and waxed the face of the wheels for an added touch. It made a huge difference and I removed probably 30-40% of the swirls.

    Pics would help. If it’s just faded your can polish and it may be ok. Polish and ceramic coat it or have PPF installed.

    Just held my polisher at a slight angle and moved it really slow since it slowed Pad rotation.

    Washed and sealed my Transam today. I usually apply another companies tire shine that never slings. I felt like using VRT today and I forgot how much I like it as a tire dressing. Dark finish and no sling if applied properly.

    I’m with shane! Great advice there. You’d be surprised what finishing polish and pad will take out of some finishes.
