  1. Ok, so they actually are Chrome. That would explain why SHR had no affect

I doubt they will do much for you from a warranty point of view as they will say you damaged them mudding. I hope I am wrong :xfingers::xfingers::xfingers:

im not going to be sayin that. and for the most part i want my $$ back or something because of the pitting from the salt/sand/snow. i washed them every week and they still did this.:(

  2. Killin' it Mark... I love how some people over on GMFS are jumping your sh*t for proclaiming your love for Adams pads... just seems they can never offer any photographic evidence to show they have a better method. Rock on dude... rock on!!

i dont even bother going over to that forum anymore, alot of the guys over there love to bash everything about your car/what you do. same with Fullsizechevy.com but not as bad. Thats why i love it over here. No harsh comments and rude remarks

  3. This place is special I know that. There may be better products out there but the class, the customer service, and the attitude of this company is amazing and unmatched by anyone I've ever seen. When my things were stolen they were right there helping me replenish. Then they checked up on me afterward to make sure I was all squared away. It blew me away. I will be a customer for life I can guarantee that.

wow, it blows me away how much Adam and his team trust their customers. I have no intentions of ever ripping off this website in any way because Adam treats his customers with such respect. Keep up the good work Adam & Team, you guys have me as a customer for the rest of my detailing career

  4. The only Meguiar's claybar I've used were the tiny ones that came with the 'quick clay kit' and they were like taffy. I used them on my wheels once and threw them out. This was over 2 years ago though, I haven't used anything but Adam's blue clay since. It's very easy to work with, picks up a ton of microscopic contaminants, and leaves the surface smooth as glass. I keep a plastic sandwich bag in my detail bag to demonstrate the need for clay to people at car shows

cool thanks. the clay i have now is a big hunk of yellow clay from mother's

  5. Those look like mine used to and it seems that the clearcoat is damaged. I took mine to a wheel refinisher and just had them redone without the clear. Now the outer rim is just polished aluminum. As far as the outer rim, they basically just sanded the clearcoat off and smoothed it out. Nothing I couldn't have done myself but less work for the pros who have the right tools and experience.

I don't have any before photos but if I did, the damage would look pretty much the same as yours. Here are some photos after the refinishing. I took these after I polished a small section to show the difference made by the polish I was using.

wow, that looks great. im still waiting to get an email from Procomp to see if i can get my money back or something. they have a 3 year chrome finish warranty. and ive had them for not even a year :willy:

ps. SHR did NOTHING, am i doing something wrong with the application of it?

  6. No its not a Banshee. Mine is a Blaster which isn't as wide for the trails but my husband has a Banshee. Both are slightly modified for racing. :burnout:

This is his DIRTY Banshee :willy::willy:
