As soon as the RAIN stops.....again! Chicago is really getting ripped off for a real Summer! Tomorrow... -
Hand Written Thank You

How cool is that! I haven't received a handwritten note on my orders yet BUT...we received an email for this special coupon only my email did not show the code..it was invisable. I placed my order and then decided to send an email to Ashley explained the email did not give me the code BUT I was about to cut and past it into the email and ALL THE CODE came up ONLY in PASTE. Long story Ashley fixed my order discount. Very happy about that. But the products...I'm finding them superior with each one I try. I had clay bar from another mail order detail company..used it all and now I ordered Adams. Huge difference!!! -

It's getting late and I'm not taking Natasha out of her garage BUT....she really shines. I swear the blue looks darker. BUT need to get her in the sunlight tomorrow. Have a big show this weekend and I'd hate to get her all dirty before. But dust...I can dust and detail spray. Went on easily allowed it 30 minutes or so to dry. Looks real good with just the garage light on..that is the one in the garage door opener-nothing fancy. -

Ok As we speak...my BSG arrived at 5.pm with my 4 additional MF towels-best EVER. So the car was just washed and new paint carnuba'd and now waiting for the BSG to dry. I came back in to this thread because I thought someone said it takes a while to dry...so ...we wait -

New Paint
Mustangshar replied to Mustangshar's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Good..I was on the right track. Thank you Sir -
I probably know what to do BUT it never hurts to confirm it or ask if I am missing a step. Some of you know my ride had some remodeling "body mods" done. I had vinyl stripes removed, chin spoiler & ducktail added and my stripes painted under 2 coats of clear coat. The paint is now cured and actually my painter is doing a final buffing for me because I saw some slight swirling. So I get Natasha back tomorrow and I have the all clear to WAX her hood bumper and all the other parts that are new. I do have a small supply <still building my Adams Products> of Adams trial sizes. After I wash I have some carnuba wax that I love and will use until it is gone. I thought I'd do 2 coats of the carnuba, I don't need to clay and I have clayed the sides and carnuba'd those sections already. I have my Adams applicators and micro. So after I do my two coats...should I put on the glaze after< that is scheduled to arrive Thursday> OR the detail spray and then glaze? The thing is it is NEW..I need protection on her...so let me know what steps I should do.

That is the coolest thing I've ever seen!!!

Gotta love a deal like that!! They look great

At this point, no blower. The reason is for myself a blower on a vert isn't even practical. !st and foremost..I have no roof. If I wanted to go that route I should get a coupe. BUT if I did do one say 3 years from now < I can change my mind>...it would be a very high quality blower like Kenny Bell, ROUSH, ect.. LOL Power adders...I have CAI/Tune and happy with that. I may do headers, xpipe & 3.73's. I know what I can handle and I don't think me adding 100-125 more at the wheels is a good idea. She's good enough for me.

You bet it's my blue Stang-NATASHA. I sunk a ton of $$ this summer for appearance mods and she's getting there. I have a Vision....LOL I've been a Gear Head all my life, V.P. of a Local club...very active

Nice STANG! Love it and it looks great. Welcome to AF
-
Hey Welcome! You will LOVE these products and the Forums. Previously I'd been using products that I thought were high quality...WRONG. Furthermore any company that sews their labels into a micro fiber cloth should just not be selling them. Adams...they ARE in fact superior in every way so far. PLUS they have a little post it type label that removes easily on their micro cloths and talk about PLUSH! Nothing..nothing compares.

Yes and I think they approved it this afternoon. I was at my Dealer for a warranty issue and they sold 60 cars in 2 weeks. They have never been so busy. How are we paying for this....scaring me!
-
Yes that IS a great story and your Chevy looks fabulous! Nice....real nice.

Hey Soldier!! Welcome to Adams and we're glad to have you. Thank you and all the guys and gals over there-we think about you all often, want to get you back home safe and sound! HUGS! Your daughter is sooooooo cute!! LOL Like your truck too. I'm pretty new to Adams but I am liking what I have used and superior over what I purchased before. Oluse...we are a great group over here, just hangin out.

That's pretty much what I do too...Garage Queen. BUT I did drive it to work for some warranty issue <dealer is next door> BUT when I take it to work..I must wash it because it is so dusty out there-a quarry is 1/2 mile a way. So you get the picture. She got drizzled on...but now she's all clean and in the garage. Only get to drive her through October then I'm pretty much done till April. I am looking forward to testing this product. I'm finding everything to be great so far. -
Chrome Wheel Question
Mustangshar replied to Natch02's question in Wheels, Tires, Trim, & Undercarriage
Happy to report that I have now tried the wheel cleaner and boar hair brush..WOW. I have solved my cleaning problems. I have all these great little rivets and this brush just gets in there and really cleans! Not that my rims are getting very dirty, but I took a qtip and tested in the rivet crevice..NO DIRT. Thanks guys...now I can take care of these rims properly and easily. -

Mustangshar replied to Team Adam's's question in Towels, Brushes, & Accessories
I love typos too. Ok Now I need to detail my plastic for a show this afternoon...see what I can find. -
First ...sorry about your accident - heal up fast! Second..are you kidding the idiot stops on the ON RAMP???? That thing you need to pick up speed and just STOPS! Thats so wrong....who'd expect it? But I guess as a driver we're supposed to expect the unexpected like that. I have never had an accident but I bet I would have hit him too.

Super-Plush Microfiber Towel
Mustangshar replied to Team Adam's's question in Towels, Brushes, & Accessories
I just got my order and ....like you all say, I have NEVER seen anything like these!! I have purchased MF in the past from detailers and another company that I thought were the best. I am amazed.....now it looks like I have lots of MFs for my wheels...lots. I'm lovin' what I have so far and car show tomorrow afternoon. I am soooo ready.
