  1. Hi, Rod - and ! As you're already finding out, this site is a great resource (as are all of the product videos on the website & YouTube - be sure to check those out too!). Happy Detailing! A sales event is a very legitimate reason to temporarily suspend normal purchasing constraints - I fully concur. Unfortunately, in my own case, I enjoy purchasing both Adam's AND designer bags - and there always seems to be a sale! LOL.
  2. Hi, Parin - and welcome! If you haven't done so already, be sure to check out all of the videos on the main Adam's website as well as YouTube - they are very informative!
  3. Hi, Shawn - and welcome! Definitely try the Glass Sealant - it's so easy to apply and not needing to use your wipers in the rain is the coolest thing! (Yes, I am easily entertained.)
  4. Thanks, Chris - I'll try this next time. I appreciate the explanation of pool/sheet rinsing. I've seen others mention it as a way to reduce the amount of standing water on their cars but I wouldn't have known to remove the nozzle from the hose. Appreciate it!
  5. I'm going to try that next time - brushing off most of the water with a MF prior to spraying on the G&G. I used G&G for the first time today and found that I needed to wring out my application towel several times (which just wastes product) because I had too much standing water on my vehicle. Your way makes a lot of sense. With that being said, G&G is awesome! After I applied it and then went over it with my dry towel, my paint seriously feels like glass. And the shine is great - even on a light color like silver. I live in an apt. complex and we have a car wash area - which is nice because, even though it's not a covered area, at least I have access to a hose hookup. Anyway, as I was finishing up and applying Tire Shine, a guy was walking through the parking lot and he commented on how nice my car looked. I pointed to all of my Adam's supplies on the curb and told him that's why. I tried to get a good picture but either my cell phone camera isn't very good or silver cars just make it difficult to capture the shine you see with your eyes in a photo. But anyway, it looks really nice in person - I'm definitely happy with the results.
  6. Hi, Corey - and Glad you decided to join! In the few months that I've been a Forum member, I've learned so much from the moderators & more experienced members - they are a wealth of knowledge (as are all of the Adam's videos - be sure to check those out as well if you haven't already done so). Again, welcome aboard!
  7. I am actually getting ready to use G&G for the first time tomorrow so these posts are very timely - thanks for the tips!
  8. Hi, Tyler - and ! Adam's straightforward product line is one of things that initially drew me in as well. Other companies seems to have dozens of products that do the exact same thing - making it especially confusing for someone who is new to detailing. And of course, once you try Adam's and see the results, you're hooked! Anyway, if you haven't done so already, be sure to check out the videos on the website & YouTube - they are really, really informative.
  9. Welcome, Josh - and very nice truck! You will definitely spend more money on Adam's products once you get your initial order and try everything out, but it'll be money that is well spent. Make sure to check out all of the videos on the website and YouTube - they are very informative and provide a lot of great tips!
  10. Just make sure you get the car(s) when the attorneys draw up the settlement agreement or it was all for nothing! Ha ha!
  11. Oh for the love of all things shiny.....I don't think that my wallet can take many more of these "nice deals" & specials. LOL.
  12. I have this bag as well & agree that it's worth the money. As Dustin & Rich have also noted, it's heavy-duty - which is what surprised me the most when I first got it. Nice, thick materials....metal hardware....detachable shoulder strap....quality stitching - it's top-notch. In addition to holding up to 8 bottles, there's room for towels, applicators, etc. Plus, I just like having an Adams-branded bag to go along with all of my Adam's supplies.
  13. Hi, Kaisen! Be sure to check out all of the videos on the website & YouTube - they are incredibly informative and provide a lot of great tips!
  14. I just received mine a few minutes ago - to me, it smells like pina colada.
  15. I saw your post in the Testimonial section first and welcomed you there - but I'll welcome you again here!
  16. I too was sucked in by the enthusiasm of the ShamWow guy at one time....lol.
  17. Welcome, Anthony - and thanks for sharing your pics! (I personally love Mustangs.) Adam's definitely has everything you need to keep them both looking showroom new. Prior to Adam's, my idea of "detailing" was basically running my vehicle through an automated car wash and using Armor All on the interior. Oh, how far I've come in so little time! LOL. Be sure to check out all of the videos on the website & YouTube as well - they are exceedingly helpful.
  18. How old is the bottle? Looks like some kind of growth.
  19. Hey....better him than me! lol
