    :hi:Some of the time when I clay a car I do it after the car is washed and still has the soap on it ,the soap acts as a good lube for the clay,I first run my hand over the panel to make sure there is no grit. This is done in my garage never out in the sun, when done claying I rinse the whole car, works good!

    :hi:I took the gamma seal off of my buckets , every time I dumped the dirty water out the grit stayed in the bucket around the seal. I can always put it back on if needed.

    :hi:I use a Metro Master Blaster it blows warm filtered air ,works great ! :banana:I added hose to mine so it can stay stationary and just move the hose around .:banana:There is no way it could harm your paint ! Check it out !

    That is what I have two buckets two grit guards one dollie, made by Grit Guard ! Works great keeps your clean water clean. You can google it and I'm sure it will come up.

    Yes I did Bill, his Vette looks like yours. I told him that I would detail it in my heated garage if he did'nt have time ,if I do I will post some pictures .

    :banana:Stopped down to my friends ,took him some Adam's samples for his new Corvette:burnout: ,detail spray, window cleaner. I probably created a new Adam's customer !Thats how I got my start with a free bottle of detail spray !:lol:

    Have it declawed ! If you find a cat on your car don't do what I did and scare it off it will did in and spin off on your paint and scratch big time !

    Could the marring already have been there and when you striped the wax off with the clay you could then see them ?
