  1. If oxidation is transferred on the pad, will it affect the finish?
  2. Is that 2 months for a daily driver and not garaged?
  3. Wow you did the polishing outdoors. How was the weather? I just did a wash and wax on my buddy's BMW 3-Series and I'm so burned out from the heat. Don't think I'm going to hand wax a car again.
  4. I just waxed my friends BMW 3-series sport wagon using Buttery Wax and I don't think I'm ever going to polish or wax by hand again. I don't think it's worth the time and effort so yeah, get a polisher if you can afford one. I'm just glad that the Buttery Wax was so easy to remove.

    Test

Wow didn't know that board members check the "test" section. But yes this is my old Adam's collection. I was so into detailing a few years ago but I got way too busy with work and school. Now that I'm a put time student, I can start detailing the cars in the household. By the way, the In & Out spray can was the old formula and just emptied it today. The detailing bag is an older version which Adam's stopped selling because I think they went with a bag that was made in the U.S.A.
  6. Did a wash and wax on a friends 2000 BMW 323it wagon with a BMW M3 S54 engine in it. Took me 6 hours and got a hundred bucks! Cleaning and dressing the exterior trims took up most of the time.
  7. Nice! Wish I could've visited the Adam's HQ when they were still in Southern California.
  8. Actually I just used the search feature to find it. I thought I saw them under "Accessories" but it's no longer there.
  9. Here you go http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-530-adams-empty-bottles.aspx
  10. Thanks for the reviews on the wheel woolies. I currently use an EZ Wheel Brush but I usually get splattered when pulling the brush out of the wheel spokes. I'll be purchasing the wheel woolies to add to my collection.
  11. Nevermind. It's working now.
  12. Thanks for the tips GerryC! I have a untouched bottle of Waterless Wash and never thought about using it as a drying agent or using it on trunk/hood/ door jambs.
  13. Thanks for the Studio write up. I'm going to detail my friends BMW 3-series wagon and M5 so I will use your post as a reference.
  14. Nice! I take it you did a machine polish?
  15. Nice truck! I just recently washed and did some trim dressing up on my brother-in-law's 2011 white Tacoma TRD truck as a birthday gift to him. You're going to have fun detailing your new truck.
  16. Thanks for the information gentlemen! I have an Integra as a daily driver and wasn't sure if I just needed to buy a sealant or wax. Since it's a dark colored vehicle, I'll just buy the Adam's Quick Sealant and top off with my remaining Buttery Wax. Once the Buttery Wax has been depleted, I'll purchase the Americana.
  17. My daily driver is a 1997 Acura Integra GS sedan and was repainted about 2 years ago. It hasn't been polished or waxed since then but the swirl marks are pretty obvious. I still have some old Adam's products on hand (Swirl and Haze Remove, Revive Polish, and Buttery Wax) and plan on doing a hand polish/wax job on it soon. I just need to buy some clay first.
  18. Thank you for your review. I use to have a PC and Flex but sold them. Now I am thinking about buying another polisher and I am leaning more towards the Cyclo.
  19. Due to lack of space inside my house and garage, I keep all my Adam's products in an outdoor plastic shed. Half of my Adam's products, including microfiber towels, stay inside an Adam's Detailer bag.
  20. This is a supercharged E92 BMW M3 that was painted in a matte finish from C&C Collision. At the track
  21. I kind of like it. Here is a BMW with a matte/flat black vinyl wrap: Installation process A place in the Bay area did it for $3,000.00. Some say the life expectancy is 2-3yrs or 8-10yrs.
