  1. Grasshopper.....a valuable lesson you have learned, your eyes are now wide open!!!!!!!! I did the same thing as you when I bought my 2011 GS, I now have close to 50 Adams towels, the DS are by far my favorite.
  2. Right on, congrats on having a great time and getting 1st. Sent from the Dark Side
  3. Hey Mook, I feel yeah, had a ton of shoulder issues, to the point I was forced to back off from keeping the vette spotless. Had surgery and long story short, there are several simple stretches and excercises that I now do targeting the muscles around the shoulders. Thay have worked miracles, just a few minutes a day. At first I thought "no way" this bs will never work. Boy was I wrong. Consider asking your doc, about these, if any of your issues are shoulder related. By the way I take a bunch of vits, multi, c, d, fish oil, saw palmetto, red yeast rice etc.....expensive...kinda, do they work???? All I can say is, I leterally never get sick, not the flu, nothing!!! For me, it its not broke don't fix it. I had blood work done 6 months ago and ....all good. Just my .02. Sent from the Dark Side
  4. I picked up several of these prior to finding adams. I prefer the DS over them anyday. Actually gave the z towels to my son. Sent from the Dark Side
  5. I use conditioner on mine every few weeks. Light DS on Adams towels for dust removal. For me it took a lil practice on door panels to get the application even and eliminate any blotchy look. I hate doing the inside of windshield tho! Sent from the Dark Side
  6. Add my brother and I to the list. 20 yrs ago we started recycling to make a few extra bucks...long story short, we now have 20 employees. First 15 yrs were tough to say the least. At times not taking a paycheck to make sure our guys got theirs. Honesty integrity, under promise and over deliver are our keys to success. 5 years ago we started flipping houses to work on our retirement plan that is going well. 1 year we opened our first coin laundry...we are fortunate, also doing well. Never give up on your dreams, many mistakes have been made and each one was a learning opportunity which made us stronger. So now we operate 3 businesses and are set to have the means to fully retire with passive income from our rental properties in 4 yrs. I will be 50. Yay! Somehow I just don't see us sitting around eating Bon Bons all day watching Oprah! But that will be our choice and nobody elses. I am a huge advocate of owning your own business, easy....hell no! Worth it?.....absulutely without a doubt.... Sent from the Dark Side
  7. UNFRIGGINBELIEVABLE!!! WOW! Sent from the Dark Side
  8. I generally wait until most of my DS towels are dirty and do one large load. About 20 -25 per load. I do not presoak my DS, just 2oz Adams revitalizer and they come out nice and white all grunge, dirt, dye....gone. I do however presoak my other towels that are used everywhere but paint. They turn out great as well. I can't imagine why you are having issues. Are you adjusting the water level down on your washer to compensate for the small load. If not there could be issues with dilution.
  9. Agree with the above. MB is great, wait until you can go that route.
  10. Thanks...well stated! Sent from my T-Mobile G2 using Tapatalk 2
  11. Thank you and CONGRATS!!!!!!!
  12. Venting is no problem, I do it often to trusted friends....sometimes I may have a good reason other times, well not so much! As far as the GW go, just rewash them, they wil be fine. Consider telling future guests that you have bath towels for them to use or tell them that these special little white towels are infused with specific chemicals for your car and they will cause blisters and a rash if used on the skin.
  13. You can for the most part do it anyway you want. Different procedures will give less than perfect results but no damage will be done. Try sheet rinsing, that will help or possibly just using a GW on flat surfaces.

Never heard of it but after reading the link, it is very interesting. Might have to apply to my Adams products!!!

    New Job.

If USAA treats their employees as well as they treat their customers then you are in great shape. As a member, I love them. Good for you.
  16. Welcome and you will find plenty of help here. I few more questions will surely come your way to help understand "exactly" your issue. How long did you wait before trying to remove the wax? You possibly waited to long and if it was applied a bit heavy combined with to long wait time....it becomes very difficult to remove.
  17. In my business we use 2 large compressors to run a dozen nail guns. Over time the moisture does build up as mentioned as well as internal rusting. Ours are drained nightly and still there is a chance of moisture and rust particles to be blasted onto your paint. Not worth the risk in my mind!
  18. If you are only looking for limited water removal, the sidekick works great. The other use I really like from this lil guy is to remove dust. Small quick and does a great job, makes the ww process easier or even not necessary at times.
  19. Sure love the C3. Be careful not to use off the shelf microfiber towels on your C3. MF that is otc can very possibly/probably swirl up your paint. I found this out the hard way before finding Adams.
