  5. Rain and high humidity here in Gods country. So no playing with the car today at least outside. So washed a ton of Micro fiber towels and hung in the basement to dry. Got the extra set of alloys out and gave them there first Adams polishing. Swirl and haze remover topped with buttery wax. Have a good LABOR DAY Holiday one and all.
  6. Up at 6:45 AM 7:15 Breakfast 8:00 out for a walk all I can say is wow the heat and humidity are back, so a short walk. Did a quick cleaning of the glass as I did spend the last two days detailing and the black paint is looking soooooo shinny and wet. Spent most of the day right here on the PC and on the Adams sight also made another contribution to Adam, couldn't resist the Labor day special.

  8. My first car was a 1955 chevy 2DR green 265 engine 2bbl carb. and paid $150.00 for it in 1963. Then a bunch of other GM cars and one S10 truck. Got what I really wanted to drive starting in 1989.
  9. Nice Brian I also use a detail cart made by RubberMaid. They do come in very handy.
  10. Fish oil who wooda guessed? I have a good supply of 1200 MG. soft jells in the house so is I ever get tree sap on the black paint I know what I'LL try first.
  11. Sorry to see this happen Peter, did my screen and surrounding area with detail spray and came out looking like new. I'm sure someone will come up with a fix for you.
  12. Sounds like a plan, a good plan. OCD nothing wrong with being organized.
  13. LOL- good one both you and your car have very good tastes.
  14. Just remember that the credit card company's do get a fee from the merchant. They also hate me as I pay mine off at the end of each billing cycle.
  15. I have been changing brands on a yearly basis. For the very reason that in stated above, different additives. Always use the 93 octane, as my car manufacturer states in the owners manual " for best performance and miles per gallon use premium fuel 93 octane or above.
  16. I was on Detailer's Domain and saw Adams products for sale on that sight. So I went to Adams polishes.com and I was interested. Then viewed all of Adams videos. I was hooked and not looking back, I'm a very pleased customer. Great products and great service.
  17. Drove the freshly washed car after being out of town for a week +. This AM was nice only 82F and not too humid,so very enjoyable drive on the 2 lane black tops although I did manage to murder several bugs, that have since been dealt with.
  18. Recently used my GWDT for the first time. Makes it a pleasure to dry the car. And yes can do the entire car with just one towel. Amazing. I have used the water sheeting method for many years and basicly start with a nearly dry car.
  19. Never had a spillage problem yet, Knock on wood. Take my time and watch what I'm doing. I have a screw on funnel on order.
  20. Rubber Maid storage bin for the towels and I have a cabinet for the packaged goods.
  21. I have purchased MF drying towels from another company that will remain nameless. They recomended HOT wash and use the dryer. Sounds like they are out for more sales of there towels, does it not? I'll stay with woolite and the cold wash and rinse followed by a line dry.
