Yup, should look just as good as long as your wash technique is solid and you don't introduce any new damage.

Hit it with the cyclo. Should get the job done. Just drape a towel over the tire so if you hit it with the pad you won't have transfer onto the pad.

I would love to work in the accounting department for Adam's, if there is ever an opening.

If you're polishing it anyway, just use a dry microfiber to wipe the dust away. Any minimal damage that is introduced will be easily corrected through the polishing process. I see no point in using waterless or rinseless as it would just be a waste of product, in my opinion.

Now, the panels you HAVE corrected, I would use rinseless/waterless.

You expect every company to tell you when they're changing a product or stop selling it while reformulating it? I'm pretty sure there are many products you have used from many companies where you weren't even aware something was changed. As for the comment about the sales, this post is about saving customers from buying PFP if it's unnecessary...which would hurt sales even more.
I agree there are products on the market that cut better, but if you like PCP why wouldn't you buy it anymore?

As for the Cyclo, sure, it's not as powerful as other machines out there. However, everyone has a choice as to what machine they want to use. If you don't want to buy a Cyclo, don't, buy whatever machine works for you. They advocate the Cyclo because it's made in the USA and is a good primary machine for a novice or for a profesional's secondary machine. As for the machine I believe you're referring to, I don't believe it was from profits, it was due to the fact that the company started producing their product in a different country.

Just for future reference to anyone that uses QS and doesn't want the issue of overspray, I always spray QS on a foam pad then apply. I do not like the spray panel then spread with applicator method. Helps to avoid ANY issues of overspray.

Our 1st baby. born just a few days ago. She had her 1st wash last night. I told my wife I should use the car shampoo and the quick detailer so she is spotless clean and smells great. My wife said no. I don't get it. I thought making this meme would be fitting since I was doing it wrong

    Say hello to Selin everyone!

HAHA. A new neighbor who moved in a few weeks back did something similar - came over mid detail and said:

"Those buffers things will really screw up your paint. My buddy owns a body shop and showed me that they cause all kinds of scratches"

To the guys defense he had no idea who I was or what I do for a living when he walked over.... when I showed him my paint he pretty much soiled himself at which point I made him swear to never listen to his 'buddy' again in matters of paint care and restoration. I'll be polishing out his Porsche Cayenne in a couple of weeks LOL

That's usually with new paint from a body shop. The cars from the factory are usually baked so that they're cured already.
