What Dave said...or u can make a IPA wipedown spray and use that to wipe off the car before u clay...I got a special strong mix of IPA,dawn and water in a spray bottle...it works amazing... Tapa Mobile..

Ok...I didn't see you post about the orange pad before this but I used my flex with green pad and 105 and I am having a hard time finding these scratches...I see some then none...but it most definitely pulled a lot of them out...next up....orange with 105 here's a shot of it now... Tapa Mobile..

Well I'm bored so today I decided let's practice wet sanding or how not to wrt sand....I used 2000 grit 3m paper, flex,pc and the 3 step system...here is the surface after wet sand... After Ssr... After shr and fmp... There is still some light micro marring that can be seen from a inch off the paint from sanding...how to remove it...higher grit? Rotary? It looks good but I want to achieve perfection... Tapa Mobile..

Get a foam cannon...I foam, rinse, foam, rinse,foam, then I 2 bucket wash, making sure to water hose off the mitt and check for anything before going into the clean water bucket , then I go into my soap bucket....I wash to the mid door line or crease around the entire car...then I do the bottom half... My wavy gen4 pads tend to walk too..I just did some polishing on my practice spoiler and it came out nice with the hex pads...doesn't walk until I move the machine away from me...other than that its manageable Tapa Mobile..
