Very nice job and cool idea for a collection.

My method is similar to dylans snowbroom technique. I use it on my tonneau cover to. I've stopped at the coin op on my way yo work if needed and use our hot pressure washer when leaving work.

I have used revive a few times in a similar scenario, even stepped up to finishing polish once. -

I'm with lf Fairbanks take it to the dealer if not a reputable body shop and at least get a couple opinions and another estimate. I work at a dealer(not in the body shop) and I've seen this many times. Short cutted you because they have done this to others and got away with it to comp their bottom line from underbid jobs.

2 bucket wash would be in the best interest with the idea of reducing chances of swirls from contamination. Waterless wash is mostly for dust and light dirt.
