This thread already has a great wealth of tips and info. My question is on my 08 silverado I always have trouble cleaning in and around the emblem letters on the doors. I have tried using the trim brush lightly and the new swabs during my wash but there always seems to be dust or spots left close to the letters. Any tips or tools to get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
^^^ what Dylan said about sandpaper. There is a fleet of dump trucks that come in to work that run a quarry route and were eating up blades like once every month. The drivers started using a swipe of sandpaper and almost doubled the life of the blades.
Yeah I saw this about a month ago and was very excited about the lineup and mileage on some of the vehicles. Someone should have set up an Adams booth haha.
I don't know how many of you have seen this yet, but the lady and myself went to see this on the big screen last night. I enjoyed it, race scenes were great the sounds were phenomenal in my opinion. Worth seeing for sure.
Its a shame to see a dealer do something like that to a car of that caliber but to see what you've done to correct their mistakes is fantastic, great work.
I had a problem with it doing that on my truck for a while. Then I tried going over it with a microfiber after letting it sit for a few minutes and haven't had a problem since. Plastics still look great.
That's why you always get the insurance hahaha.
I have taken one and pressure washed it and vacuumed this was in the middle of winter after some snow though and the salt was driving me crazy.
