I"m a BGE fanatic as well! Was a DIE HARD Weber Kettle man for years....charcoal all the way! When Weber came out with a gas grill I started rethinking things and eventually got one because it was "easier." Been through two of them and determined they could NEVER maintain a constant temperature. A year ago I got a BGE and will NEVER go back! And it doesn't take an hour to get one ready to cook if you start it properly and use the right thing (lump charcoal and not briquettes). 30 minutes tops!

How are the SVRT and UC spray once dried? And is there some point where the waterless wash would be a problem? Based on what I've heard about it I would think that the dust would have to be REALLY thick to make using WW a problem.

I'm thinking I will just keep a LARGE bottle of waterless wash and several MF towels in the trunk so I can do a quicky WW once I hit the pavement.

So I'm thinking......a dangerous pastime, I know! When you travel on a dirt road is it better to drive S L O W L Y or pick up the pace or does it matter either way? Seems like I get the same amount of dust no matter what.

Thanks for the feedback guys! But the bottom line for me has nothing to do with flow rates and much more to do with aesthetics. The feeder hose looks like a POS and I HATE the idea of having this connected to the hose reel where there is this beautiful professional looking Adams water hose. I'm thinking I'll be having a new leader hose made at a local Grainger place as Cpt Awesome previously suggested.

I ALWAYS shut off the water at the wall anyway........ Let me rephrase the issue......I'd like to have my hose(s) all the same including the leader hose.

So I'm getting my "wash area" squared away for the arrival of my new ride.....lot's of Adam's products including their new hose! Bought a new hose reel this weekend that came with a "leader hose" (about 6') and it dawns on me that HERE is the weakest link in this "chain." Any possibility of getting custom cut "leader hoses?"

Totally noob question I'm sure but......what's the difference between "shop" towels and paper towels? I'm guessing price and durability.

A jumbo bottle holder for the Pro Detailers cart would REALLY be nice!

Well......I think I've got the wash thing covered.....don't have any "shiny" stuff yet but I'm not sure if I want to start off trying to do the hand wax and shine thing. I'm probably going to hold off a little bit and maybe get the Flex kit. I really like the idea of doing a wax and polish in 1/3rd the time it takes to do it by hand!

No worries Bro, I'm sure the Adams gang will hook me up! And it won't be long before my next order anyway...........................not sure what that will be......any suggestions?

My Pro Detailers Cart arrived today and it's DA BOMB! Lot's of room, VERY sturdy construction and good looking too! How can I get some Adams stickers for this baby? The only suggestion I would make is having a jumbo size bottle holder for the cart. That would really make it perfect! Is that something that might be in the works?

WOW! Didn't mean to start a fire storm guys! And I DEFINITELY don't wish to give the wrong impression. As I stated I'm brand new to the Adam's Family......(LOL! did I just say that?).......made me think of Lurch, Gomez,.....but I digress.... I'm D&^% Proud to be part of the family! I'm also very fortunate that I personally don't have to shop for bargain brand stuff and am very cognizant of the price/value relationship. Always been a firm believer in you get what you pay for and that's why I'm here. I was just a little taken back when reading that stuff on the other forum. Felt like my Peeps were being dissed and was simply seeking a little counsel from my more experienced friends here at Adams. Sorry if I caused any angst.

Hey guys! File this one under "For what it's worth." I'm a member of a Challenger forum and thought you might be interested in this particular thread. Drying Towels - Page 2 - Dodge Challenger Forum: Challenger & SRT8 Forums Adams towels are mentioned as being good but to costly with other, cheaper towels out there that equal or exceed the Adams product. Tried making the case about being US made and quality but I'm an Adams Noob and I had no answer for the latest comment about there being no US made microfiber fabric out there. That it all comes from the Orient.

Pro Detailers Cart.........should arrive today....CHECK! 75' Adams hose w/quick disconnect.......arrives Friday....CHECK! Now all I need is that new ride I ordered (which I bought all this stuff for) to show up at the dealer this week!
