  1. I wouldn't let the dealer touch anything. There are plenty of neat products out there to get in those tight areas of the wheels.
  2. I've got them on my vehicles and I love them. There really are no cons about them especially when compared to a conventional bra. They offer great protection and are nearly invisible. Mine has no orange peel look, and I can get them to shine basically as well as the paint. As mentioned above if your not careful you can get some product on the edges, but you could always cover an entire panel which is the way to go. Only bad thing is that they are alittle pricey. I will never own a vehicle without putting one on.
  3. For me it's alot of reasons. I love the history behind the car, it's AMERICA'S sports car. Also, there is not another car in the world that can do what a Vette does for the money, but it also does it without sacrificing quality high strength, low weight materials like Aluminun, Magnesium, titanium, Carbon Fiber, Balsa Wood, etc. found in the Z06's and ZR1's, which have one of the best power to weight ratios of any production car in the world. You can dog them till your blue in the face and they keep on tickin', I'd like to see some Ferrari's, Lambo's, etc. hold up to what I've put my Vettes through, and not have to worry about a huge repair bill. Corvette also took top honors in the sports car class beating out Porsche as the highest quality, and best sports car. Not bad company! There V8's are velvet smooth and bite with the best of them! I also love the fact that I can still row through the gears myself with a manual and none of this manumatic crap for lazy men, and being able take all the driver's aids off for a totally wicked seat of your pants ride. It doesn't hurt that they look good either. I've got Corvette fever and I LOVE it!! There are alot more reasons, but I don't think there is enough time in the day for me to get it all in. lol
  4. Great color on a Beautiful C4
  5. I'll probably get flamed for this one, but I actually don't like fragrances in any products. I actually like chemical smells, which is why I think I like the way BSG smells so much, it doesn't seem to have a fragrance to cover up the chemical smell. Thats just me and I know I'm out numbered! lol
  6. Totally know what you mean. I detailed a neighbors car last Sunday, but she actually saw how much work went into it and felt horrible about giving me the business, so I told her feel free to give me more money if it will make you feel better. Got $150 after her discount (hate doing friends and family members vehicles) for 5 1/2 hours.
  7. Crazy cheap! I wouldn't even give my Grandma that kind of deal. But a great job.
  8. I launder my wash pad seperately after every use and it's still good as new
  9. If I had a big enough garage it would be my living room. Complete with a big flat screen, couches, refrigerator, kitchen, HVAC, etc. etc..... I know a guy with a huge garage set up like that and it is the coolest thing I've ever seen. He really basically lives in his garage

When you're good you don't need it! lol j/k :jester:
  11. I'd come to a clinic here in St. Louis, and meet the Junkman. There are some companies that sell dyes for leather seats. I know Swissvax can custom make a batch to match any color.
  12. Congrats on the new Camaro, I wouldn't mind a black one myself The launch control is neat, but doing it the old fashioned way will still yield better results.
  13. Some dealers around here were selling them for $35K over sticker and getting it. My dad almost bought one but wasn't going to pay that, which I don't blame him.
  14. Thanks guys. I hated to see it go, but I hope to get a Z in the future so I guess you've got to give to get. And you know I had to tell the buyer about Adam's.
  15. Some more halfway to the destination. I loved this car and I'll miss it.
