I was bored today, and instead of going over my truck again I thought I'd do a 50/50 on my mom's hood and see how it came out. The car is still quite new to us, and has only very minor swirls, so i only used SHR/FMP for the hood, after I finished the right half of the hood I did a comparison, and found that I removed 95% of the light swirling that was there, I had my mother com inspect, and she couldn't tell the difference until after i pointed it out to her. So I just sealed the rest of the car, the swirls really are so light that it wasn't worth correcting the entire car. I did however get to try out Adam's Americana for the first time! I have to say it was a bit hard to tell how much product i was applying as the wax was fairly transparent, but I eventually got into a rhythm with it and WOW! The shine it produced was fantastic! Anyway, on to pics: forgive me, my cell phone photography skills are lacking.
The sun wasn't out today, was kind of overcast, so the reflection shots aren't as good as they could be. I'm really pleased with the Americana!
