  8. Well, I wasn't one of the lucky lads to win the contest, but I have a friend that was so lucky, and he was gracious enough to share 4oz of the product with me for review! I'll start with the scent of this product, it's an all around "ok to pleasant" smell, it's no detail spray, which is probably wise, as too much detail spray smell inside the car could make a guy noxious. The product is very thin, easily administered to the interior or MF applicator of your choice by spray bottle top, not thick and creamy like a "dressing". The pictures that follow are from my 2004 GMC Sierra which hasn't seen an interior wipe down for at least 3 months. The truck had a thick coating of dust, dirt in areas, and some left over residue from my previous application of another company's "dressing" (greasy, "natural shine"). I have found that I greatly dislike any shiny dressings in this trucks interior, because it is all hard plastic when I use a traditional dressing I find that not only does the surface of the plastics become greasy, but my dash is BLINDING when driving in the sun! So I was anxious to try this new "All in one" solution by the Adams' team. I can say with 100% honesty that during and after my application of the product I never encountered any "greasy" feelings, which really pleased me. And as you will see, the interior has a very faint sheen to it, I would say it's more of a satin finish. I didn't get the special instructions sheet from Adams, so I'll describe my method of application. I used a brand new MF rag out of a mega pack that I have just for interior/dirty work. I folded my towel into 8th's and before applying to each panel I sprayed about 4-5 squirts of the product onto my MF towel and started to wipe the panels down. It is my opinion that this product does not "shine" the interior, but rather brings panels back to their original coloration and sheen, resulting in a finished, new look rather than a glossy *pop*. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but on to the pictures! The first spot I decided to test the cleaner on was on my passenger side floor kick panel, it appears to be some sort of greasy substance, (because it hasn't dried out). Hard to tell what exactly it was but here is a quick before, and 1/2 after. The next spot i tested was in the passenger side door sill, you can see a bit of dusting from my focus pads on the door sill painted surfaces, again a before, and 1/2 after. My girlfriend often places her shoes on my dash just above the glove box, here is a before, and 1/2 after shot of that area. (note: there are real scratches, that remain in the shot after the detailer) The product name says, "total" so I decided to put it to the test on my head unit screen, and it performed exceedingly well. very easy to wipe off with no streaking. (the same for glass, but I have no pictures of this, very easy to wipe off overspray from glass) Another 50/50 on a rear door panel This is my FAVORITE picture of the whole set! I pulled this gate opener off of my overhead console so I could wipe down the console, but when I went to put it back I noticed how filthy it was! The detailer cut right through YEARS of finger grime on the remote with only moderate pressure and a few brief strokes. And the dreaded cupholders! again, I applied the product to my MF towel and gave the cupholder pieces only a few brief strokes with moderate pressure, no "scrubbing" was necessary. Again above, you can see that the rubber is restored to it's original finish, not left greasy, but also not left dried out and dull, it's a perfect balance. This is the 4oz bottle I received as a sample This is how much I was left with after doing the whole filthy interior in my extended cab truck! With just the 4oz bottle sprayer, a little goes a LONG way with this product. I used in total for the interior, less than 1.5oz. Just to note how filthy the interior actually was, and what this detailer cut through here is a picture of the towel I used, remember this towel was brand new out of the bag for this review: and the other side is just as bad. All Clean! I will definitely be switching to this product from my old "M" product. Any questions, or comments, feel free to post! Thanks for reading.

  14. Hey all, I had a quick inquiry for you. I currently use GWC and the lug brush with great success on my wheels. My question is though, how does APC differ from GWC when it comes to cleaning the wheels? Does GWC strip Quick Sealant/MSS like APC does? Is APC too harsh on a chrome plated wheel? I only ask because if I can consolidate to just APC, all the better right?
