  1. Can the ceramic car wash be used in the foam cannon?
  2. Well I used the detail spray method. I am used to using soap and water then rewashing the car. The detail spray works amazing! I had some bottles of an older company I used to use so I finished up with them. It took about 1.25 bottles. It is amazing to feel the difference. I think next time I will mix the DS with water. This pic was before the clay. Thanks for all the advice. Stay safe everyone!
  3. The products were stored in a garage that does get hot but I hope they are still good. It is going to be on a red car. I will prob just hit it with the microfiber pad and heavy correcting polish then the correcting polish with the orange foam pad. Can't buy the finishing polish anymore so I hope I don't need it. How will I know? This is what I have.
  4. Getting ready to use my swirl killer for the first time. I have had it for a while now. I have the heavy correcting polish and the correcting polish. I was thinking of just using the heavy correcting polish with the microfiber pad. Is this ok or would a newer product work better? Once I get the car looking good with the heavy correcting polish is there anything I need to do before starting the ceramic coating process?
  5. Adams makes a chrome polish? Or is this metal polish 1 and 2?
  6. I think I will just order the applicators. I just placed an order 4 weeks ago. Looks like another one is coming.
  7. Can I use a towel like in the video or do I have to use an applicator pad?
  8. Hope everyone is staying safe Rich! We will all get through this!
  9. Thanks Rich. Yeah the numbers in my area are high. I have family in Delaware and they were telling me their numbers. We have more in our county than their state! I am also someone that is considered high risk so I really don't want to leave to go get some. I have another company's detail spray I think I will use that. Stay safe everyone.
  10. I don''t have DS can I use waterless wash? The car is clean already.
  11. WOW that is one good looking bike!
  12. Getting ready to use the Swirl Killer for the first time. Had it for a while now time to put it to use. I have the 2 step polishs. I just washed my car last weekend and I don't want to re wash it after claying. If I use waterless wash as a lubricant will I need to re was the car?
  13. Somehow I don't see this happening. My wife could care less about how clean her car is. But, if it works that would be amazing! It would make it my favorite product hands down! I will have to try this first. I have that towel. IF I go the BG route, what do you use to apply it and take it off? Sorry, I have never used it before.
  14. I was using the glass cleaner and the blue adams glass cleaning towel. I love the tip falcaineer, I will do that. I will also try the BG. My guess is that I was using too much product and the towel was too wet. Thanks everyone!
  15. How do you clean the inside of the glass? I keep getting streaks. I will clean it and think man that is perfect! Then I drive it around and the streaks show up. Any tips? I am using all Adams products.
  16. This is the 2nd set of X-ICE tire. I love them. They work amazing! Have to add painting the hubs and calipers to my list
  17. Just got new winter tires and decided to clean them and put tire armor on them before winter. I had the rims off so I gave them a quick clean and then applied ceramic boost (they are not ceramic coated). 1st I would like to say I know I applied a lot of Tire Armor. After I did the first tire the spray nozzle broke and I had to use a regular one. this made it harder to use. I also used the wrong applicator but it worked just fine. I don't have any really good sots of the tires/rims before they were put on the car because it was raining the day I got them on. The tire armor is amazing! I applied 1 heavy coat and I love they way it looks. I don't like the high gloss look so this was perfect for me. It has been about a month of rain and snow and they still look amazing. First pic is cleaning the tires. Side note I do not recommend cleaning tires off the rim. Water builds up inside the tire and is a pain to get out. 2nd pic is a night shot of the finished product. It was still wet so it looks a lot darker. 3rd pic is once they were on the car. 4th is about 2 weeks after install and in the rain. Can't believe how well the ceramic boost worked! 5ht pic was after the first wash. Just a quick hose down, nothing special. Only thing I will say is that it doesn't bead the water up.
  18. Anyone try using glass sealant or the ceramic glass coating on your back up cameras?
  19. I would love to see/hear on applying ceramic coating. Specifically on leveling and knowing how to tell if it is uneven.
  20. I will give this a try. It will be a week or two. Any advice on how to apply the ceramic spray?
  21. I have both products maybe I will try them both to see what happens.
  22. On WeatherTech floor mates? I know some other products make it slippery was wondering if Tire Armor would do the same.
  23. Great job! I did this about 12 years ago and mine are still holding up. I don't drive the car every day but still holds up really well. I never thought about painting them silver to keep the stock look. Might have to do this when the weather gets warmer.
