Never had an issue with the site 🤷♂️
Maybe im not going on the site at the times you guys are.
I will say this though, none of the stuff they sell is a life or death matter. Funny to me when people get in an uproar over a website. It has happened to me many times when buying limited edition Air Jordans and those are major sites like Champs and Footlocker. I just don’t really get too upset about it. Idk
And while I think it’s good to bring this to Adams attention, I think if this is the biggest thing upsetting you, you are doing well in the grand scheme of things.
I don’t disagree. However, this has happened with the last few limited releases. Maybe you are not buying limiteds and that’s fine but for those of us who do want them it’s rather annoying.
Am I mad? No, not at all. Am I disappointed? Yep. Quite the annoyance. Life or death? No but I don’t want to pay Ebay prices for an Untammed set either.

Please for the love of all goodness fix the darn website. Every time there is a special release it crashes. I ended up missing out on an item due to it. Getting old having to wait 30 minutes for it to come back up or constantly hitting refresh.

Finally got to open my mystery bucket after being out of town for 5 days. Got a good haul of stuff but had the wash and wax leak out maybe an ounce. I took off the top and noticed it did not have the red bottle inserts that once came in the bottles. May want to look at bringing those back.
I had to rinse all my other bottles plus bucket and try to salvage the bucket sticker I received. Thankfully I didn’t lose much product and everything I received was something I needed or hadn’t tried yet. Overall, it was a good haul.

Update: Found kindigit detail spray. Found mystery detail spray from a dealer. On the hunt for others

OMG bought one of the mf blanket, this thing is awesome!!!! Had Granddaughter over this weekend, which meant I got to sleep on the sofa while wife and granddaughter had the bed. I used the MF blanket, was warm as toast and now I want another. I think one could use it to dry an entire SUV, but it would weigh a ton when loaded with water. An 8 lb blanket is heavy enough, but add water and OMG who could lift it. My hat is off to Adam's for making this thing a reality!
Exactly. I have 2nd one on the way now.

I have the same question. I bought one and my wife loves it. Would like another.

I am impressed with ceramic boost so far. I topped my wife's white 4Runner that has another brand ceramic underneath (sorry coated before Adams had coating available). Really liked the shine afterwards considering it's hard to get white to really pop.
-
Well if I remember correctly, the Ceramic Boost is silica based, similar to Wash & Wax, so it is inferior to Paint Sealant. But it seems like 4-5 days is too short. I'm wondering if the constant rainfall just wore away the protection prematurely.
Why would you say it's inferior to Paint Sealant? Just curious.

We bought a floor model stainless steel fridge. It had some scuffs on it and I polished them out with metal polish. Now I have to go back and do the dishwasher since the fridge has a better shine.

Thanks for the info Dan. I am happy to see the line expanding for the ones of us who need coatings. All my vehicles live outside so the having maximum protection is extremely important.
-
Like most I started with 16 ounce bottles. Once I figured out what my high use products are I started buying gallons. I probably have 10 gallon jugs of various products. Will need to order some APC and soap before too long.
-
Sort of curious would there be no way to soak the microfiber towel in an APC or Microfiber Revitalizer solution immediately after wiping a panel to save it from being trashed?
Once the coating hardens in the towel there is no way to reverse the process. It's not like a wax or sealant.
.
I will not be getting this product. I am into the process of a nice detail, I like to wash, dry, glaze, wax, and spit shine my cars. It all started as just new way to clean, but has turned into a "therapy session" each weekend. I love the products Adams and understand the quest for longevity, but I'll stick with the weekly therapy.
I was very anti-coatings a few years ago...until I tried one. Now all my vehicles are coated. It really comes in handy for me due to my vehicles living outside 24/7. I thought the same thing, it will ruin my therapy. Actually it made it more enjoyable and simplified the process.

The more I think about it, the less I like coatings as well. I'd be ok with one if it were only rated at say a year or so. And it was layerable. I personally don't want a finish on my car doesn't need waxed or whatever for X amount of years. I like waxing, sealing and things of that nature. Only having to wash my cars would be boring.
I once thought the same thing until I tried a coating. I went with a coating that allows for waxing if I choose. The protection cannot be beat for vehicles that live outside (which all 3 of ours do). I will never go back to a sealant at this point. Even with a coating that doesn't keep me from buying a ton of Adam's products. I still use HG&G. Absolutely love the new Americana. For me it makes life easier to maintain a sharp looking ride without a ton of work and effort.....I am lazy.

Surprised that I haven't seen the same thing. I use HG&G quite a bit. I haven't had to toss any towels yet but I don't usually let them dry either before washing.
On a side note. I did notice my ALL my towels becoming matted and losing there softness. I have noticed my HE washer sometimes does not rinse out all the soap. I have started doing an extra rinse followed by a pre soak with no soap to see if the water starts to suds up. I ended re-washing all my towels. It was amazing how much soap was in them. Some took several pre-soak cycles in the washing machine to come soap free. I coupled this with brushing them with a dog brush first before washing. Then dried in dryer with no fabric softener. Now they are all soft like new.

All my vehicles are coated. Actually ended up pitching my sealant. Doesn't make since for me to use a sealant when all my vehicles live outside.
It was hard to use a non Adams product but the added protection has made it worth it.
-
Doesn't sound like you are putting enough soap in the container. 3 or 4 squirts isn't as much as you think.
-
I got foam out of the cannon and my soap bucket was good too.

I finally got to use the Wash & Wax yesterday on two vehicles that are coated. My truck turned out amazing. Water beading is very similar to when I applied the coating. The 2nd vehicle is my dad's car. The beading was not the same, which I find odd considering I mixed one bottle for the foam cannon and used it for both. Both vehicles were coated within weeks of each other with same coating. The only difference I can figure between the two is my truck gets regular washes and is usually topped with HG&G.
I may try a strip wash on dad's car then follow up with a wash and wax to see what results I get.
Another side note. I used detail spray to help dry my truck. I have never used so little detail spray when drying a vehicle. Very nice.
