  1. Are you just leaving them to dry after wringing them out? Personally, after washing it off and wringing it out a little, i will shake it back and forth at different ends kinda like what you would do with a whip. This seems to keep mine always fluffed up. I do this with my single and double soft towels after pulling them out of the washing machine. They are always pretty fluffy.
  2. +1 Add some detail spray too. That stuff goes pretty quick IMO.
  3. Continue moving and start with the least aggressive method first would be my suggestion. Watch their videos if you haven't already. Good luck.
  4. Thanks for sharing. I will have the courage to use it to "wash" off my car one of these days haha. I do use it for spot treatments like bird droppings, door jambs, etc though and it works great.
  5. Very cool car. That color looks awesome in person under the sun.
  6. The one on the right is the new bottles from Adam's. Nothing to worry about.
  7. Looks good. You sure do get to work on some cool cars pretty frequently it seems.
  8. Your new one will stay that color pink since it wasn't mixed and filled with the bubbler in place.
  9. I have to agree with what the others have said. It happens to me when it goes over the black trim.
  10. Wow. I bet he is happy. I wonder what happens in a situation like that if insurance monies were paid out and it was recovered that much later. Either way i am sure he could sell it and still make out. Thanks for sharing.
  11. I will usually wipe it down with some of Adam's glass cleaner and a microfiber towel once i am done to get all of the haze off. Seems to still work great IMO. it has been raining here pretty much everyday. Good luck.
  12. All the stuff i use, and use for refilling smaller bottles stay in the garage for the most part. All extra product i store in a storage "closet" which leads under our stairs. The spare gallons that normally stay in the garage will also go into the closet area come winter time.
  13. It doesn't surprise me it came out of the dealer like that. What a shame though, especially on a car like that. You did a great job making it look like it should.
  14. Yeah if it wasn't for tint being on the window, i use goo gone for anything like that as it eats through pretty much anything i've needed to take off. I would NOT let that stuff near window tint either. I think you're just going to have to keep trying to saturate it and just keep rubbing it till it all comes off. Good luck.
  15. You would at the minimum have to get all of the residue off from claying the vehicle by either doing some sort of wash, or doing an IPA wipedown. Personally, i would do a quick wash of some sort and a IPA wipedown before doing sealant.
  16. i agree with the detail spray part, but i personally don't think APC smells like lemons.
  17. Yes, you will have to re-layer each product you want on the vehicle.
  18. I try to lightly mist the whole car then i'll proceed to drying it with the great white towel. Works fine for me, although i tend to go through quite a bit of DS as well. But as long as it works, then i don't mind too much.
  19. Great job! Glad you were the one who finally saw that those seat covers outlasted their purpose
  20. I also forgot to add, since your car is a 2011 model year, is there any warranty left? Obviously that would be the easiest route if so.
