Leather issue

Not directly related to Adam's products (except maybe the shine seen on the door panel itself), but can anyone suggest what to do about this?

 

This is a photo of my boss' 04 Corvette Coupe, 25k miles - so... hasn't seen much action. He showed me this today after peepin' on my convertible after I dropped the top - I was like.. "what you lookin' at?" - he said my doors weren't doing it - then showed me this : (see photo).

 

So, yeah, uh? Heat may have caused it - I have access to a heat gun, blow dryer - etc... May just suggest he take it to an expert. Figured I'd ask YOU experts first.

Whoa! Thats a weird one... don't think I've ever seen that. I don't see any harm in maybe heating it up a little bit and seeing if you can work it back into place, but that might end up being something for an interior expert.

looks like a heat thing to me. My sued on the pass side is doing the same thing but i think its a little easier fix than the leather on the vett.
