11chevz71 Posted December 3, 2010 Share Posted December 3, 2010 Hey guys, i know i havent been on making post for a while but with school, hunting, and work there hasnt been much time to be on the computer unless for school work which i should be doing now. Now i guess you are wondering why i said i need to change my name. Well old betsy is going to go away soon. Yes this is right people i have a new love i guess you can say. Me and old betsy have been through alot in the last three years but it time to let her go. She has won me two awards here on the internet one here from Adams and won April 2010 ride of the month from gm truck club. But she is still getting up in age and ready for her to go. So you guys are probably wondering what the new ride? Well last night night i traveled to Lancaster and hashed out a deal on a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado(You were all suprised werent you;)). After coming home today i thought about the price and i couldnt pass it up. So i call them up told them to hold it for me. I probably will not pick her up until next wednesday so you guys are going to have wait. And another reason is i want to have time to look at it in the daylight before i sign the papers. She is swirled to death but what do ou except for an old man truck. But this can be easly handle with the new sshr which i will get in the spring to correct the truck, by the way how hard are swirls to get out of tail lights? Here are the details- 2007 Chevy silverardo Ext cab 5.3 4speed Ble granit with 23,000 miles Have two tone black and light grey interior some extra features are remote start and nice folding back doors that go flush with the bed. Now on to the pics(Dealers Pics)- Mods to come will be Spray in liner Mudflaps weathertech floor liner Then maybe color match or crome grill nice exhaust not as loud as the old truck leveling kit So what do you guys think? I would have loved to get a challenge because there is one that comes into the casino all the time that i just love:bow:. But with the price and most likely losing my happy home because of my mother it will never happen until i move out. But the wifes Tahoe has been getting it done so Camaro works... But If I had the extra cash... I could easily drive a new Silvy and play with the camaro on weekends.. Ahh, i rather not say but it below the price you said. i am not fond of the seat either have always been a dark interior guy but we will see. The only reason i dont like them is i dont want to get them dirty.:lolsmack:Yes one thing for sure is the dealer sticker is coming off and the flex fuil and i am undecided as of yet on the rest.
