gymrat7953
paint correction of course and then........... BG - then top with 2 coats MSW to seal BG and finish with Americana. My logic being that BG helps with minor imperfections / pop and its sealed with MSW; followed with Americana for depth.
camaro2ssblack
I read somewhere not to apply BG under MSW because MSW is a sealant. I plan to apply MSW, wipe down with DS 24 hrs later, and then apply a coat of BG.. I am sure the experts will chime in..
Chris@Adams
Yea MSW is a sealant it should go down first.Apply a coat and then wait 12 hrs. to do a final wipe down.

w0lfy
if i was going for the results you r looking for i would prob go MSW,BG,AMERICANA.......... I would think that the BG would enhance the MSW more then the machine polish & american will give great protection to the BG **** always allow full cure time between layers**
JerseyGator
I vote for MSW, BG then Americana. I like to wait 24 hours after I apply MSW.

Then why not - paint correction / BG / seal in BG with MSW and finish with Americana to add depth?

Team Adam's
Then why not - paint correction / BG / seal in BG with MSW and finish with Americana to add depth? MSW is a polymer sealant, as such to work as intended it needs to be applied directly to the paint. Applying it over the top of the glaze will inhibit its ability to bond and subsequently kill any longevity/durability. Kind of defeats the purpose of using a durable product if you make it "Not Durable". Natural waxes (like Americana) can be placed over the top of glazes b/c they don't go thru the same 'bond' type curing process. Waxes essentially ride on top... thats why a sealant tends to last longer in all cases.

JerseyGator
MSW is GREAT stuff. Nothing like putting 2 coats on and following up with Americana or BG and then Americana. Just finish with Americana. (Think I have a tub of Americana wrapped under the Xmas tree! )
