C6 Splash Guards

Bill-V8V

Recommended Posts

I bought a set last year and finally had the time to put them on :willy::willy::willy:

The Z06 and GS already have protection on the corners but not the standard coupe

But I really like the look of these, they will keep the road rash off the corners and not look out of place

The front pair took about 15 minutes to install but for the rear ones you need to pull the wheels off. But that did gave me a chance to see how good of a job the turbo stick has been doing, I was really surprised to see just how clean they were. I did do a pass with SHR and followed with MSS anyways but I forgot to take pictures. It was around 100 degrees in my garage so I was rushing a little near the end :help::help::help:

I put a coat of BG and BW on the other day too

Why? You NEVER drive it!!! Has it even seen a puddle? lol

Chris

It's seen them but I don't go through them :jester:

It is really for the sand, those corners take a beating and mine has less than 6000 miles on it :help:

Those look great Bill, do you have a P/N for them?

Thanks

GM Part # 19170239

I got them from http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/

I just tried searching their site and didn't find anything. GCA made them for GM. I'll search around to see if I can find them.

This place does have them

Looks good! I had to put the same ones on mine when I put the LG Challenge wheels on it as they were just a little wider than stock. I think they actually enhance the looks of the car.

When did you have the mural of a Silverado painted on your door? :D

I even added some extra orange peel so it would look realistic :lolsmack:

I think the pile of mulch on the passengers side came out better :jester:

Sheesh, that was just mean. :(

No it's not, mean would have been me telling you that it actually was a pile of dog poop and I named it Rich :lolsmack::lolsmack:

See what happens when you sell your vette, traitor :D

Hey, great news -- you can stop checking to see if your car ever makes it to the top of the AdamsForums page! :lolsmack:
