The Wal-Mart website acts more like Amazon or Ebay Buy-It-Now. Users can post items for sale on the Wal-Mart website. Wal-Mart has the infrastructure available to set up an online store. Likely an authorizer distributor or reseller is selling items through the website instead of thier own online store. EDIT: If you look the items are actually sold by Tool King, not Wal-Mart. Walmarts site and a lot of large retailers like them now operate more like Amazon.com The products never go to walmart or their distribution centers.
