Quick Question.

At this exact moment, im about halfway with my first PC run with on my car, have quick question. Is there any harm in waiting a day to finish the car? I was thinking of doing the polish then waiting until tommorow to finish it. It is garage kept, just wondering about it.

nope no problem with that! Just make sure to give it a good waterless wash or DS wipe down before you finish up

Even though it is in the garage, it will have dust on it tomorrow, so make sure you get that off completely before you touch it with the buffer. I suggest that a complete wipe down with WW or DS in the morning just prior to starting the next step.

I just took 4 afternoons to do my truck.

 

I would do whatever panels I choose to do that day and did them all the way to the sealant step.

the next day I would WW the days choosen panels.

Well, once I got onto the FMP I couldn't stop, the shine was to much But now i have a problem.. I taped off the car, and now I have sticky marks all over where I had it at... only thing I can do to try and remove it is Waterless wash and that is barely working. Any other ideas to get it off?

IPA (isopropyl alcohol) mixed 50/50 with water should work. Just spray on and wipe off.

Make sure to use masking/painters tape!
