I surprised him with a hit of the 3 step polish followed by BG and quick sealant for a happy (less bug-guts filled) ride back. Sealant is designed to be applied to a BARE surface. Matter of fact. The QS will only last a couple weeks now. No biggie, better to learn the lesson on those headlights rather than your paint, and wonder why water isn't beading anymore after 3 weeks, lol. BG is designed to add depth, gloss, & shine to paint.
