Holder
So Mustangs really aren't my cup of tea, but there's something about the 03 and 04 Cobra's that I kinda dig. This one has kinda of a neat story to it. It was found in 07 the woods somewhere in California with the motor, trans, front bumper and hood stripped. Other than the interior being eaten by animals and the bear claw marks on the drivers glass and rear bumper, the paint was in pretty good shap. The Drivers front fender was recently repainted and had a some huge sags in the clear. The owner just got the doner interior installed and the new motor in a few days ago. Then he dropped it off at my hous, so on to the detail pictures... Some sags in the clear. Sags removed and fender wet sanded with 2000 then 3000 grit paper
Holder
Here's a few more shots. All Adams products were used except for the sandpaper and razor blades. It was really hard to get any shots of the scratches with the metallic paint. egott_91
Wow! Those sags are ridiculous. There's no way I would have paid anyone for that poor of job. Good save, but he should've never accepted that.

Let's just say he paid more for the detail and the wet sanding then he did to have the fender painted

Holder
Thanks, it was a fun car to work on, I was really happy with the outcome. So the owner was speechless when he saw the final product.
Wardo
Is that a stock blower painted black? He replaced the engine and drive train with stock parts?

Diggerdan11
Nice Save Pretty nice little car, a couple months ago a guy offered to traded his 2003 SVT Cobra for my 05 Silverado SS. It was the exact same color too, of course I turned him down
04bluesilverado
Awesome job! Ive always liked the 03-04 Cobra's. The only thing I see that needs replaced is the Duralast battery.
