use straight (or diluted 1:1) APC and a rag to clean the black plastics and rubber. it makes a huge difference and will get all that old junk off! then put some super VRT on and you won't believe your eyes! it will look like new

All purpose cleaner mixed with car shampoo should do the trick, wouldn't hurt to follow up with an IPA wipe down either.

What Ben said! Add 2-3 ozs of APC to your regular wash bucket mixture.

Are you working by hand or with a machine?

Are you protecting with a sealant, a wax, or both?

I want to go with one brand on our cars. No more miss matched waxes, cleaners, sprays.

Looking to get the kit that is on sale know with everything in it.

Been keeping an eye on Adams for awhile and ready to make the switch. Seems like alot of people like this product...

They sound like daily drivers and as most here know, I am a HUGE fan of MSS or AQS on DD's. In your case, AQS since you don't have a machine.

I use IPA and a WW towel after washing to get all the current LSP off and then clay, polish and apply my LSP.

2 coats of AQS should last you 4-5 months.

For POP, there's nothing better than polishing them with the PC followed by AQS, BG, and Americana (or Patriot) wax.

For longevity with minimal effort, straight up 2 applications of AQS.
