Americana Grand Opening

I have a brand new tub of Americana that has been sitting in my office for a few months.  I bought it on sale while I finished up my old tub...

 

I really wanted to use it this morning but I can, for the life of me, get the tub open!  I tried a jar opener that my wife has in the kitchen but the tub is a bit too big.  I really don't want to break up the wax...

 

Any tips? 

 

(Go ahead and hit me with all of the the "Maybe you should go to the gym" jokes.  I can take it.)

 

I really need to get this thing open today.
